The mission of THE CENTER is to empower and inspire young people to reach their full potential through education, leadership development, and community engagement.
THE CENTER is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 7pm. However, certain programs and events may have different hours.
Yes, THE CENTER offers job training and employment services to help young people gain the skills and experience they need to succeed in the workforce. Additionally, we also work with the Juvenile office by providing community service opportunities for youth.

The official evidence-based programs for the Center is H.E.A.T. for Youth and Rainbow Days Youth Connection.
Yes. Through our partnership with Missouri Connections Academy, students who are suspended, expelled, or homeschooled can continue their coursework in a safe and supportive environment at the Center. Students complete assignments through Missouri Connections Academy’s online platform, with the help of our staff and tutors. This ensures they remain on track academically and receive full credit for their work.
