These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the P.E.A.C.E. and H.O.P.E. Center for Youth website (“the Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

Return and Refund Policy

At P.E.A.C.E. and H.O.P.E. Center for Youth (“the Center,” “we,” “our”), we strive to provide quality services, programs, and products. This Return and Refund Policy explains the terms under which returns and refunds may be accepted.

1. Terms of Return

Returns of physical merchandise (e.g., apparel, books, or event-related items) are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
Event registrations or program fees may be refundable on a case-by-case basis if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the event or program start date.
Donations are generally non-refundable, except in the case of an error (e.g., duplicate transaction).

2. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Reasons for Return

We will accept returns if:

The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
You received the wrong product or order.
You wish to exchange a product for a different size (subject to availability).
